uTNT Command List
The format of the headings/sections titles is COMMAND - SHORTCUT. When there is a shortcut, that is what you type to get the uTNT to respond. If you type the command for items with a shortcut, it will say Eh? If there is no dash and shortcut, then the command is what you type.
MYCALL - MYC
Usually your call sign. Sent out every BEACONEVERY intervals along with the BTEXT string. May be useful for meeting the 10 minute ID requirement.
CONVERS - CONV
KISS
Generically Keep It Simple S*. Used by software to directly control a TNC. To enable, set KISS ON. (This is generally done by the software.)
RESET - RES
Reset the uTNT and show the welcome/version screen.
Is this a uTNT specific command?
MONITOR - MON
Monitor all packets. Useful for troubleshooting the TNC, verifying that packets are being decoded, snooping, or pretending like your the operator on the Matrix.

TXDELAY - TXD
Seconds between keying the mic and transmitting the message.
TXTAIL - TXT
Seconds to keep the mike keyed after transmitting the message.
PERM
Is this the one to save to flash memory, or is that PERSISTANCE and is this a uTNT only feature?

BTEXT - BT
Beacon text. Sent with MYCALL every BEACONEVERY seconds.
BEACONEVERY - BE
Beacon every. How often to send MYCALL and BTEXT. Sometimes used to send your callsign at the appropriate interval to meet identification requirements.
TXVOLUME - TXV
A value between 0 and 255 that controls the transmit volume. Some radios require a large value and others don't work unless you use a small value.
TRACKERCALL - TRKCAL
Call sign sent out with the mic-e tracker position messages. Often set to MYCALL-9 for mobile work or perhaps to a tactical call sign during an event (be sure to BEACONEVERY required identification interval with a proper MYCALL in that case.
TRACKERICO - TRKICO
The icon used for your tracker position.
TRACKERITABLE - TRKITBL
TRACKERBE - TRKBE
Beacon / Broadcast your TRACKERCALL, position in mic-e format and TRACKSTATUS every TRKBE seconds.
TRACKANGLE - TRKANG
Transmit the tracker data (see TRKBE) if your direction changes more than this angle. (I believe this is fairly uTNT specific, or at least requires the TNC to support this.)
TRACKDISTANCE - TRKDST
Transmit the tracker data (see TRKBE) every time you have moved this distance.
TRACKSTATUS - TRKSTA
A text string to append to the mic-e position report. Perhaps a tactical call sign, a url or the frequency you are most likely listening to.
TRACKWAYPOINT - TRKWAY
Send received tracker reports as waypoints to your GPS.
(Possibly a uTNT specific option.)
DIGIENABLE - DIGIEN
Enable the DIGI functions of the uTNT.
Please check with your state/providence/region APRS coordinators first. Running a DIGI, like running a repeater, is an advanced option that requires knowlegable operation and coordination to ensure a quality APRS network.

BATSTATUS - BATS
Returns a number indicating the battery charge status.
TODO: A few sample values and the approx % displayed by the maintenance utility for those values.
(This seems uTNT specific.)
BATCHARGE - BATC
Enable ON or disable OFF the charging of the uTNT internal battery. It needs at least four hours to charge. (Does it stop charging when full? That would be nice.)
MODEM
GPSMON
Enable GPS text pass through. Helpful for debugging. Also may make it possible to use the data in a program. (I thought I read that it doesn't work when in KISS mode.)
